The “Smaragdgletscher” residential project in Bramberg am Wildkogel is creating a modern residential complex that offers a harmonious living experience and combines living close to nature with contemporary residential comfort. The final subsidy approval, and thus the prerequisite for concluding the rental agreement, is granted by Wohnbauförderung Salzburg after the submitted documents have been reviewed.
