Smaragd Glacier – Living in harmony with nature!

In the “Smaragd Glacier” residential project in Bramberg am Wildkogel, a modern residential complex is being built that creates a harmonious living atmosphere and combines living close to nature with contemporary residential comfort. The 3-room apartment with balcony on offer provides a well-designed layout and a pleasant living ambience – ideal for couples or a family who would like to combine living close to nature with good access to everyday necessities. A car parking space is permanently assigned to the respective apartment. A separate rental agreement will be concluded for the parking space.

Due to the planned completion and the construction project currently in progress, viewings are not possible at present. The allocation of the apartments is based exclusively on the planning documents.

A local-supply provider on the ground floor of the building also ensures convenient and uncomplicated access to supplies directly on site.

This apartment is a subsidized rental apartment. The required documents must first be submitted to us in full. After checking that they are complete, we will forward them to the responsible office.

The Municipality of Bramberg decides which interested parties will be considered for the allocation of the apartment. The final subsidy approval, and therefore the prerequisite for concluding the rental agreement, is issued by Wohnbauförderung Salzburg after the submitted documents have been reviewed.
