A total of 56 apartments, divided among 3 building structures, are being constructed in this new-build project.

As of December 2026, 3-room apartments of various sizes with different room layouts/floor plans will be available for rent (see enclosed floor plans).

• Numbered underground parking space is rented together with each apartment as a fixed arrangement
• Each apartment is provided with a cellar compartment with electricity and lighting connection.
• External raffstores on all windows/terrace and balcony doors

• Oak parquet flooring/tiles in sanitary rooms
• Gas central heating, heat delivered via underfloor heating, consumption determined via heat meters, billing via an external company
• Depending on the apartment, bathtub or shower
• Not barrier-free (the apartments/the basement level with drying room, bicycle and pram storage room, and cellar compartments can, however, be conveniently reached by lift)
• Outdoor parking spaces are available for tenants and visitors.

Pets require approval and must be disclosed before acquisition or before moving into the apartment.

The costs refer to apartment B5/09; these vary depending on the size and location of the apartment.
