Directly adjoining it is the approx. 8 m² balcony – a place for morning coffee in the eastern sun above the rooftops of Linz.

The indoor climate is maintained by a ventilation system as well as underfloor heating and underfloor cooling; the costs for these are billed directly by the respective providers.
