The renovated 2-room apartment has approx. 50 m² of living space, a new kitchen and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. As part of the renovation, among other things, the carpeted floor in the living room was also renewed.

The regular net cold rent is 575 € per month.

Ideally, we are looking for a person who is willing to occasionally support a self-reliant person over 80 years old who also lives in the building in everyday life. This could include, for example, shopping, occasional help with cleaning or other minor household-related activities.

Care work is expressly not required. The person is self-reliant and generally manages their everyday life independently.

With appropriate support, the net cold rent can be significantly reduced depending on the type and scope of the activities undertaken. As a guideline, with regular support, a net cold rent of approx. 450 € per month or, if applicable, even less may be possible.

The exact arrangement and the corresponding rent reduction will be agreed individually and by mutual consultation.
