35 kilometers south of the city limits of Vienna, this industrial and logistics park currently under construction is located. The connection to the A2 is possible without passing through any towns, at a distance of around 2 km.

A state-of-the-art new building with a planned hall area of approx. 33,970 m² is being constructed here on a 73,820 m² plot. The construction phases allow for subdivision into hall sections from around 5,830 m² up to larger units or complete use. Completion of the new-build areas is planned for Q1 2024.
