Near VIE - 450 m² workshop or storage hall - divisible - office, sanitary and ancillary rooms, shelving storage

The property in the industrial area near the airport offers your business room to develop freely.

The hall (approx.450m²) is designated as a workshop and was also used as such. It is very bright, can be heated, has many high-voltage connections and two access gates at the gable ends (W approx. 4.5m, H approx. 5m). Drive-through possible.

The hall is therefore also well suited as a storage hall. There is another storage room with shelving (approx. 90m²), accessible separately from the hall.

If less space is required, the hall can be divided.

Hall height at the eaves 5m, under the ridge 7.3m.

An office, lounge, sanitary facilities and smaller storage rooms also belong to the unit. Renting them, partially or in their entirety, is subject to agreement.

The property has gas heating and a solid-fuel stove.

A large forecourt (approx. 330m²) offers ample parking and maneuvering space. The outdoor area can be enlarged or reduced upon request.

The property is fenced and secured with an electric roller gate.
