The offer comprises 255,60 m² of hall space (indoor storage), 64 m² of office space with a meeting room, an additional 120 m² office with kitchen and toilet, as well as 740 m² of outdoor storage. The indoor areas total 439,60 m², and the total offer including outdoor storage is 1.179,60 m².

The warehouse and the covered entrance area are constructed in timber. The large electric gate is suitable for level-access truck deliveries. The hall has its own separate toilet and wet area, a washbasin, its own power connection with high-voltage current, LED lighting and daylight through ceiling windows. Additional storage space for small materials is available. A fibre-optic connection is located in the building.

CCTV, fixed outdoor lighting and caretaker service in summer and winter complement the location. The owners handle the rental personally and are available as direct contacts. An outdoor storage solution with a tent is possible by agreement.
