An exemption permit pursuant to § 129 para. 1a BO for Vienna is in place for both apartments. The existing permits are limited until 14 October 2029. The BO for Vienna stipulates that an exemption permit may be granted for a maximum of five years and that, after the expiry of the time limit, new exemption permits may be granted if the statutory requirements are met.
