About this house
Charming hideaway with great amenities and views of greenery
This well-equipped detached house with its blue-painted wooden exterior is perfectly suited to residents who love peace and quiet and gardening and enjoy being surrounded by greenery, but nevertheless appreciate shopping facilities and public transport connections in their immediate vicinity.
Nestled among gentle hills and offering views of greenery, this detached house was built in 2001 on top of an existing cellar building. A great deal of wood and natural materials were used here to create a truly comfortable atmosphere – in the master bedroom, even the built-in wardrobes were made of Swiss stone pine. Over the course of around 25 years, nature and the former tenants have created a little paradise: Fruit and vegetables from the garden grow almost all year round – including particularly delicious mini kiwis.
How do you get to the house? A spacious carport for 2 cars is located right beside the lightly trafficked road; from there, shallow steps lead down to the entrance. The house has a good layout, with the areas “Living” and “Sleeping” separated by floor. If the two bedrooms in the main house are not sufficient, the separately accessible unit in the basement, with windows facing the garden, can be used as a third bedroom or guest room. However, partial commercial use of this lowest area is also readily possible.
Rental period and rent:
The property is rented for 7 years; an extension of the tenancy is possible. The net rent amounts to € 1.700,-- incl. fire insurance and property tax; the operating costs incurred are to be paid additionally by the tenants (wastewater, water, household insurance, garden maintenance, waste collection, chimney sweeping, snow removal, electricity, gas, internet etc).
