According to the floor plan, the unit offers 65.80 m² of usable space. Three office rooms with a total of 55.82 m² of office space allow for a clear layout for teamwork, individual workstations and confidential discussions. A corridor connects the rooms. Central women's and men's toilets are located separately in the corridor.

This allows you to use additional meeting space for individual appointments. The separately rentable kitchen and the conference area bookable on an occasional basis are two different additional offers. Prices, availability and terms of use will be agreed separately.

A parking space is included

One parking space is assigned to the office unit and included in the rental offer. Additional parking spaces can be rented subject to availability for 30.00 euros net plus sales tax per month each. The available number will be confirmed before the rental.

Monthly rental conditions

• Rent: 9.00 euros/m² including sales tax – 592.20 euros
• Operating costs: 3.00 euros/m² including sales tax – 197.40 euros
• Rent including operating costs: 789.60 euros including sales tax

Calculation basis: 65.80 m². The optionally rentable kitchen, conference room bookings and additional parking spaces will be charged separately. The scope of the operating costs and any separate billing of heating and electricity will be clarified before conclusion of the contract. The deposit and rental period are still to be agreed. Brokerage commission: 2 gross monthly rents plus 20% sales tax.
