We offer various offices on two floors, on the ground floor and upper floor, including barrier-free access. The entrance hall, including the kitchenette, is currently being designed as a reception area; the common areas are available for shared use by all tenants.

The offer is aimed at sole proprietorships, startups, law firms, agencies and smaller service providers looking for their own address with a professional appearance, without the effort and fixed costs of renting a conventional office. Due to the extraction ventilation, the rooms are also suitable for services in the cosmetics and beauty sector.

Condition and equipment.

The property is in modern condition. The floors are predominantly finished with stone flooring, while the offices on the upper floor have carpet flooring. Air conditioning and data cabling are available; on the upper floor, sanitary facilities with separate toilets are provided.

The offices are handed over unfurnished, allowing you to furnish them entirely according to your needs.
