On the Siemens site at the Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße opposite WIFI OÖ, the "TECHBASE LINZ" - a campus for innovative companies - was erected by NEUSON REAL GmbH. A conference center, restaurant, grocery market as well as a designed terrace, green and recreation areas for companies and employees can be found directly on the site.

The project impresses with its ideal location, as the necessary infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity - tram, bus, highway access, shopping opportunities, childcare facilities, etc.

The "TECHBASE LINZ" is known as an innovations and technologies forge for modern and already established companies and also offers space for young, dynamic companies to unfold and develop. The campus was built in 3 construction phases.

A multifunctional business infrastructure is provided that meets today's technical requirements. The three boomerang-shaped complexes as well as the 10-story tower, which surround the centrally located former Siemens-building/Component 1 (completely renovated), come together in one of the most modern projects realized in the city of Linz. This is also evident by the ÖGNI Gold certification of the new buildings.

The existing object is the centerpiece of the campus, in which the restaurant with an inviting terrace is located.

Through central main entrances, the offices are reached barrier-free.
