On the Siemens site at Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße opposite WIFI OÖ, the Techbase Linz - a campus for innovative companies - was built by Neuson Real GmbH. A conference center, restaurant, grocery store as well as a designed terrace, green and recreational areas for companies and employees can be found directly on the site.

The project benefits from its ideal location, as the necessary infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity – tram, bus, highway access, shopping facilities, child care facilities, etc.

Techbase Linz is known as an innovation and technology forge for modern and already established companies and also offers space for young, dynamic companies to unfold and develop further. The campus was built in 3 construction phases.

It will provide a multifunctional business infrastructure that meets today's technical requirements. The three boomerang-shaped complexes as well as the 10-storey tower, which enclose the central existing Siemens building/ component 1 (completely renovated), form one of the most modern projects realized in the city of Linz. This is also reflected by the ÖGNI Gold certification of the Neubauten.

The existing object is the center of the campus, where the restaurant with inviting terrace is also located.

Through central main entrances one can access the offices barrier-free.

The entire façade and interior parts were renovated so that the building presents a solid standard and forms a high-quality overall look together with the neighboring new buildings. All office spaces are air-conditioned (district cooling). Tenant wishes can still be incorporated in the current planning process!

The on-site underground garage comprises about 1,040 parking spaces in total. Sufficient parking spaces can be rented by tenants.
