On the Siemens site at Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße opposite Wifi OÖ, the "Techbase Linz" - a campus for innovative companies - was built by NEUSON REAL GmbH. A conference center, restaurant, grocery store as well as a designed terrace, green and recreational areas for companies and employees can be found directly on the site.

The project stands out for its ideal location, as the necessary infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity - tram, bus, highway access, shopping options, childcare facilities, etc.

Techbase Linz is known as an innovation and technology forge for modern and already established companies and also offers space for young, dynamic companies to develop and grow. The campus was constructed in 3 construction phases.

An multifunctional business infrastructure is provided that meets today's technical requirements. The three boomerang-shaped complexes as well as the 10-storey tower, which enclose the central existing former Siemens building/Component 1 (completely renovated), come together in one of the most modern projects realized in the city of Linz. This is also reflected in the ÖGNI Gold certification of the new buildings.

The existing object is the center of the campus, in which the restaurant with inviting terrace is also located.

Through central main entrances one can reach the offices barrier-free.

The on-site underground garage comprises a total of approx. 1,040 parking spaces. Sufficient parking spaces can be rented by tenants.
