Techbase Linz - ÖGNI - DGNB Zeritifikat Gold for sustainable offices and administrative buildings

On the Siemens site at Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße opposite WIFI OÖ, NEUSON REAL GmbH recently built the "Techbase Linz" - a campus for innovative companies. It offers a conference center, restaurant/ cafe, grocery store as well as designed terraces, green spaces and seating areas for firms and employees directly on the campus.

The campus impresses on the one hand with its ideal location, as all necessary infrastructure is in the near vicinity - tram, bus, highway access, shopping options, childcare facilities, etc. - and with its multifunctional business infrastructure that meets today's technical requirements.

"Techbase Linz" serves as an innovation and technology forge for modern, already established companies as well as for young companies to develop and advance. The project has been constructed in 3 construction phases. The completion or occupancy of the various construction phases has been carried out continuously.

Over 90% of the rental spaces are already leased. There are thus only a few of the coveted office spaces still available. Many nationally and internationally renowned companies such as Siemens, Industrieinformatik, BDO, Kühne + Nagel, solvistas, DIG, Agilox, and others have chosen the Techbase Linz site.
