• There is a restaurant and seminar rooms on the ground floor of the building, which can be booked if required. Tenants receive a 50% discount when renting the seminar rooms.
• One parking space can be rented in the underground car park (€ 93,61 plus VAT), and electric vehicles can be charged there if required. Electric bicycles are available for loan in front of the building. Parking spaces can be rented in the outdoor parking area for € 66,00 including VAT per parking space.
• Storage areas from 13 m² are available in the basement at € 8,44/m² per month plus VAT.
• The Seestadt Technology Centre is an exceptionally high-quality office/commercial property that was planned and built according to the latest technical possibilities with regard to energy efficiency, sustainability and ecological construction. The building was constructed to passive-house standard and is Austria’s first commercial property that produces more electricity over the course of a year than it consumes (plus-energy building). For tenants, this means enormous cost-saving effects, as energy consumption is at least 80% lower than that of conventional properties.
