An underground parking space will be rented from November 2026 at a monthly rental price of € 100,00 (incl. BK + VAT). The underground garage belongs to a residential complex completed in April 2021 and is therefore in very good condition. The rolling grille door can be opened using a remote control and garage key. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of Korneuburg railway station and is therefore perfect for commuters. A deposit of € 300,- (three monthly rents) must be paid for the key and remote control. The commission amounts to one monthly rent + 20% VAT.

The entrance is located on Straße am Neubau (directly next to house number 2). The garage can be entered/exited via the ramp or the stairwell.

The agent is acting as a dual agent. Viewings and consultations are free of charge; the commission is payable only in the event of successful brokerage. Attention is drawn to an economic close relationship with the owner.
