As part of the new-build housing project "Stadtleben Vösendorf" located adjacent to Vienna and the SCS Shoppingcity, modern residential buildings with 53 unsubsidized owner-occupied condominiums are being created. The façades of the buildings are designed modern and give the entire development a distinctive flair. The project combines contemporary living comfort with the most modern fittings.

Load-bearing exterior walls will, where structurally possible, be built in brick construction. The flat roofs will be largely greened. A contribution to sustainability is provided by a photovoltaic system on the roof, which will supply part of the electricity needed for common areas. For children there is a playground in the inner courtyard with various play equipment. In the indoor and outdoor areas bicycle storage facilities will be constructed. In the building there are also enclosed spaces for strollers. The entrance portals will be equipped with intercoms, which can be upgraded with video function on special request. Generous and bright general staircases create a friendly atmosphere from the start. The stairs share a common basement, which you can reach from your apartment conveniently and dry by elevator. Here there are generous basement compartments with sockets as well as 64 underground parking spaces. In the outdoors there are additionally 16 outdoor parking spaces.

Per dwelling unit one parking space in the in-house underground garage must be additionally purchased for € 24.890,-. Additional underground parking spaces can be purchased depending on availability. In addition there are also outdoor parking spaces for € 4.200,- each for sale.

Electric charging stations can be implemented on special request or – thanks to empty conduits – can also be retrofitted later.

The apartments | All-round well-being

The modern apartments are between approx. 35 and 86 m² in size and have two to four rooms. Each unit is also equipped with a generous open space — balcony, terrace and/or private garden. For all-round well-being you will also find among other things solid wood parquet floors, brand-name sanitary products and ceramics, underfloor heating, and a manually operable exterior sun protection on various windows and balcony doors.
