are fully furnished apartments that are rented for a limited period. The apartments are fully equipped and intended for longer stays of several weeks to months. The advantages of a hotel should be combined with those of a home. In addition to the full furnishing of the apartment, concierge service, cleaning or laundry service are also offered.

An experienced operator, such as the numa-Gruppe, is an indispensable and important partner in the successful management of the apartments.

The project

In the characteristic historic building in the heart of the 6th district, 56 serviced apartments offer a unique Viennese living experience on a temporary basis. Whether Weekend Getaway or Workation – from the workspace to the toothbrush, everything is included at Ray. From the outside, the ensemble attracts with its turn-of-the-century architecture; behind its elegant façade it combines stylish interiors, green hide-aways and smart technologies. The Ray enables original, urban stays that correspond to the current living feeling of digital nomads, business travellers or world explorers.

The late historic residential and commercial building is being refurbished with regard to its historic past and expanded by two attic floors and two courtyard wings: In the old, new and attic construction, individual living units with attractive outdoor areas are created. The exclusive old-town apartments in the stock are modernized and equipped with interior courtyard-facing outdoor areas. The apartments in the courtyard wings and in the attic offer ample space for new things: open, bright living spaces and generous gardens, loggias and terraces.
