Only upon concluding a purchase agreement and/or a rental agreement does our entitlement to remuneration arise and the obligation to pay the commission pursuant to the commission agreement of this contract is triggered!

If the purchase agreement/rental agreement does not come about, our activities for you remain completely free of charge!

Please understand that, since 13 June 2014, due to the new EU Directive, we can only send you documents and information about our properties once you confirm that you wish us to commence activity early and that you have been informed about your rights of withdrawal. After your inquiry, you will receive an email with the relevant documents and a link to confirm these points.

Additional costs according to the overview of additional costs

For the sake of completeness, we state that, if you or a third party named by you rents or purchases a property identified by us, or in the event of mutual agreement of intent, we will charge you a brokerage commission in the amount of 3 gross monthly rents for commercial properties, 2 gross monthly rents for residential properties, or 3% of the purchase price plus statutory value-added tax (Fee Regulation for Real Estate Agents, Federal Law Gazette No. 262 and 297/1996).
