I am VILLA 173!

I was born in the 19th century and have stood here ever since in Gießhübl, at one of the most beautiful places in the Mödling district. I have seen generations come and go. I have experienced stories that my walls could still tell today. Time has not passed me by without a trace, either. Yes, I need comprehensive renovation.
