Construction progress: The completion notice has already been submitted and only small works on the common areas remain. The interior fittings of the apartments will, as long as possible, be designed according to the buyer's wishes.

Kleinhöflein - in Eisenstadt's winemaker district this small residential project with only eight apartments and four houses is being built. It will be a small community that will soon call the 1.749 m² large plot your home.

The development will consist of three separate buildings, a shared parking lot and private gardens and is organized as follows:

The apartments will be sold turnkey, at the stated price, including a fitted kitchen, and should be ready for occupancy by early 2024.
