The residential building will be built using solid wood construction. Solid wood construction offers many advantages over traditional construction methods and is considered a pioneer in energy- and resource-efficient building.

Wood is one of the most environmentally friendly building materials available. It is a natural material, is obtained from sustainable sources and requires little energy in production.

Furthermore, wood regulates humidity, thus ensuring a healthy indoor climate and, due to its lower wall thickness, allows for more usable space gain than other construction methods such as steel and concrete. Many studies have shown that this building material promotes more restful sleep, reduces stress hormones and increases performance and joie de vivre.

Massive wood

The exterior wall system of a solid wood building, in addition to the actual solid wood wall, consists of a wood fiber insulation and an installation level for additional sound and fire protection. The exterior sides are provided with a plaster facade or an interior paneling.

The residential project is characterized by proximity to the city and the rural surroundings. Furthermore, the location is distinguished by additional amenities such as upscale urbanity and ideal infrastructure.
