Purchase costs:

The notarial fees for the establishment of the purchase agreement and

the condominium ownership agreement, for the assumption of the trusteeship

amount to 1.5% of the purchase price plus 20% VAT.

Real estate transfer tax: 3.5% of the purchase price

Fees:

Court registration fee for the land register: 1.1% of the purchase price

Registration of the pledged rights in the land register: 1.2% of the mortgage

Fee exemption:

Up to a property value of €500,000 per buyer, the land register and mortgage entry fees are waived. If the property value is higher, the fees are only charged for the amount that exceeds €500,000 - provided that the main residence is established in the apartment.
