ARCHITECTURE WITH CHARACTER

Designed by PLSA ZT Architekten, at the Baufeld 14B an architectural marvel for diverse work and living spaces is being created, in collaboration with a high quality of outdoor stays. Through the checkered arrangement of projections and recesses as well as floor-by-floor varying facades, unique layouts develop that, depending on the size of the apartment, enable several (garden) loggias or balconies. Predominantly generous floor-to-ceiling windows and green loggias bring a lot of light inside and make nature a part of living.

A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, which acts as the "Green Center", softening the architecture and creating meeting zones.
